About Tim Clarke

“Your home should be completely personal, utterly unique, and reflect who you truly are-certainly not who or what someone wants you to be.”

TIM CLARKE

Known for an informal coastal aesthetic, Tim Clarke often brings the elements of his beloved California to a project, from abundant light to a seamless relationship with nature to the embrace of color, all while celebrating a feeling of wellness, creativity and health.

We focus on design beyond the furniture and fixtures, knowing a beautiful space reflects a person's essence and can help them live not just in their house, but in their true selves. Understanding how people live in a very practical sense, and translating that into a fully functional home, is what we do naturally. Each space created by Tim Clarke Design is unique to its setting, purpose and inhabitants, but what they all share is the calm feeling of being home.

His best selling book, Coastal Modern: Sophisticated Homes Inspired by the Ocean, published by Clarkson Potter, showcases fifteen homes inspired by the essence of the coast–every one a unique blend of beauty and comfort.
